Lisa Skaife - Driving home the power of education

Lisa Skaife from My Drive School has motorsport running through her veins. 
Having worked around the thrills and spills of the high speed industry for most of her career, she was confident that she would be able to pass on what she knew to her kids when it came time for them to get behind the wheel.

But after some consideration, and research (which uncovered some horrifying statists), Lisa decided that something needed to be done to reduce not only the road fatalities, but also the huge number of road injuries which don't make the headlines, but are terrifying in their own right. 

A strong believer in the power of education, she set out to create a fun, and realistic driving simulator which allows people to learn and practice the basics without the risks of being on the road.

Her hunch was that it would result in a drastic improvement in the learner driver's abilities in real life, and she was right. 
After some testing, the proof was in the pudding. The students who used the simulator beforehand tested far better than their "green" counterparts.

Lisa has been delivering  the My Drive School simulator via her website, and with the bigger goal to get it into schools all across Australia.
