Peta-Gai Mclaughlin from Iridis Cosmetics is on a mission to help people find their inner beauty, and she's doing it with Makeup!
Ironic? No!
Often makeup is used to hide imperfections and flaws, but Peta-Gai's talent is identifying and accentuating people's positive side. 
The result is an increase in self worth and inner strength which has changed the lives of so many, giving them the confidence to change other negative aspects of their lives. 

She has clients from all walks of life, from celebrities, musicians, executives and the narrow but important niche, the trans community.

And things for Iridis are about to go BIG with the launch of their new 
Trans Feminine Immersion Experience Ecourse which helps trans women learn all about how to bring out the feminine through choice of things like makeup, wigs, names and even breast size, skills which were often shunned for explorative young boys, and who've never had the chance to experiment. 

She's smart and very funny, and even brings in some 'show and tell' (a first for the podcast!) to show just how far back her love of makeup goes.
